High-resolution still imagery, for projects where exterior media is required. The size of the project should be small, with a small single dwelling/building. The quality is Tier 1 (economy quality). You've selected there will be no 3D model supplied by you.

This builder provides an indicative quotation for commissioning CGI still images from Monolith Visuals.
The price shown is based on the selected project type, scale, tier and model availability. It covers the production of still visualisation imagery in line with the selected options and the information supplied at briefing stage.
After submitting the quote request, Monolith Visuals will review the selected options, project information and required deliverables before confirming whether the scope, fee and programme are suitable. If the brief, complexity, required detail or available information differs from the selected options, the quotation may be amended before appointment.
Once appointed, the first draft image will be issued for review. The invoice is issued upon submission of the first draft image and is payable on receipt. Final deliverables and usage rights are released once all relevant invoices have been paid in full.
This is not the purchase of a pre-made image or physical product. It is a commissioned visualisation service based on the agreed project brief, supplied information and selected production tier.
