Our pricing structure is designed to be flexible and offer everything from an entry-level product through to our most comprehensive visual packages. The below pricing structure is an indication of the costs associated with our 3 Tiers. Projects with multiple images of the same space will receive a significant discount (40-60%) for the additional images.

Pricing Terms
All of these example prices are based on a finished 3D Model with Material IDs supplied for us to work with, or in other words a good BIM model. If the model needs to be prepared by us then get in touch and we can discuss what would be required. The pricing is based two rounds of preliminary images before final issue. These prices are not final, and exclude VAT.

Dark Sky Reserves Imagery
Dark Skies Reserves areas are designated regions where efforts are made to minimize light pollution and preserve the natural beauty of the night sky. In these areas, planning authorities often have strict regulations on lighting design and usage to protect the night sky.
Day/night images, which showcase a development during both daytime and night-time conditions, can be incredibly useful in getting developments through planning in these areas.
These images allow planning authorities to evaluate the impact of the development's lighting on the night sky and ensure that it complies with their regulations.
